Can you forsee any potential issues I might have adapting your setup for a 48"x24"x60" tent?Apart from increased run times and maybe an extra fan in the chamber I figure I should be fine but been wrong about that before.

Which setup are you referring to, hydroponic plant cultivation or mushroom cultivation?
Mushroom cultivation
This would be primarily for fruiting oysters on cardboard from bags, basically, exactly as you have shown. Only differences being the use of ozone to sterilize the birdseed and the cardboard and the size of the tent.
